SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
We use four shipping methods: US Postal Service, UPS, Special Freight Carrier, and Local Delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments.
Small packages (such as Covers, Detectors, Brackets, etc...) will be sent via US Postal Services. Orders will ship in 1-5 days once payment clears. Tracking details will be provided. If an item is on back order, we will contact you via phone/email.
For larger packages, such as fire extinguishers, we will use UPS. Usually takes 1-10 business days through UPS. Once order is received, we will ship out within 1-3 days after payment has cleared. Tracking details will be provided.
Orders weighing more than 150 pounds will be shipped via Special Freight Carrier. Usually takes 1-3 business days through this service. Order will ship same day if placed by 11AM once payment clears except on Weekends and Holidays.
If you are within a 25 Miles radius, we may deliver your products upon request at a charge of $52.00. However, our technicians cannot open the package or install any products without permission from you. If you request such service, we will consider it a service call and will be charged service charges and other charges that will be due upon delivery. Our technicians does not deliver on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. If you request Local Delivery, we will call you in advance the day before Delivery. Once you confirm the delivery date, please be present. If we show up at your location and no one is there, you will be charged a $52.00 Service Charge. If you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advanced to reschedule.
If you have called or submitted online a request for service and we show up at your location and you will like to reschedule, you will be charged twice for service charges. Please call us at least 24 hours in advanced to reschedule.
